Shipping & Return Policy
We accept the following forms of payment for purchases on our website:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Please note that as of right now we only ship to locations within the US and Canada. If you live outside of the US and Canada and would like to order our product, please send us an email at email@example.com. Please ensure that you enter the correct address before completing your order. The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address and we cannot be held responsible for any product shipped to the wrong address. For any products returned to us due to incorrect shipping, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost to reship the product back to the customer.
For subscription orders, the repeat delivery interval you select refers to when the product leaves our warehouse. Please be aware that the shipping time will influence when the product will actually arrive at your address.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. These carriers and their shipping method and cost will be available for you to select on the checkout screen.
Delivery time will depend on whether the product is being shipped domestically within the US or internationally to Canada and the shipping method selected and is based on when the product leaves our warehouse. The estimated delivery time will display for each shipping method on the checkout screen after you place an order. Generally, domestic orders can take 1-5 business days and international orders to Canada can take anywhere from 2-21 business days depending on the shipping method selected. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
We ship during business days (Monday-Friday) and all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The only exception to this rule is during the weeks prior to Christmas and the first business day following a long weekend where we may need a few more extra days to process your order.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and shipping details. Please allow 1-2 business days from the time you receive the confirmation email to check your tracking number. If after 2 business days from when the confirmation email was sent to you, you are still not able to track your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist. Duties & Taxes:
The responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties is on the customer as we do not collect taxes or duties from you. We do not provide refunds for cases where the package is refused by the customer due to duties & taxes.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Customs allows the shipment of our product into Canada and the amount allowed. If Canadian Customs seizes the package for any reason and it is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Your local postal driver may choose to leave the package at the door. We recommend that you track the package regularly and to have someone present when the package arrives to avoid lost or stolen scenarios. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan.
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by from the date you received your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. As well, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You can also contact your bank as there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping multiple items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
